In order to keep our prices down for you, all furniture will be shipped ready for easy assembly unless otherwise noted.

Standard Free Shipping Information
Comprehensive Office Furniture ships its packages by either small package carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) or by common carrier. Due to the wide range of products we offer , we choose the most economical carrier that consistently meets our high standards for service and reliability.

  • Large freight packages will be shipped by common carrier.
  • The driver is not required to unload the furniture.
  • For heavy items, please make sure there will be enough assistance to remove the packages from the truck.
  • If you are in need of liftgate services or inside delivery see White Glove Delivery below.
  • Delivery times are usually 2-10 days.
  • Please inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing for your order. If there is any damage please call us at 1-866-320-8180 while the driver is present. Damage is unusual but in the rare event it does occur, we often can have a replacement part shipped out rather than returning the entire package.

Levels of Installation
You have a choice of four levels of delivery service, each consisting of a trained two-person team and a four hour delivery window. As with all of our staff, our delivery personnel are service-minded professionals who will treat you with respect and have been trained to handle all large office furniture products and handle any unique circumstance. Please allow up to 3 weeks for these services.
Bronze White Glove Delivery
Our most economical option and our basic service. Perfect for situations where a lower cost delivery solution is required. It includes inside the threshold, stair carries up to 2 flights prior to the threshold.
Silver White Glove Delivery
Includes inside placement to your room of choice and up to 2 flights of stairs.
Gold White Glove Delivery
Includes inside placement to your room of choice. Up to 2 flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and setup limited to 15 minutes (no usage of tools).
Platinum White Glove Delivery
Includes inside placement to your room of choice. Up to 2 flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes (including tools).

Return Policy
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all return freight charges. All returns must be in original package with all packing materials and in new condition.

Volume and Extra Discounts
We are able to extend Extra Discounts on orders that may include as little as 2 items. You are urged to call for available discounts as many times we are able to extend price reductions due to overstock, region or other factors. We want your business and it is our commitment to do everything we can to satisfy you.
